Do you have a free trial?

Yes! Our free trial is designed to let you experience the complete value of Appcues and confirm technical fit with your product. Show up to 50 Appcues flows and track up to 10 events. Even once you’ve hit the limit of 50 flows, we’ll continue to track up to 5 of your events ongoing!

How are monthly active users (MAUs) calculated?

MAUs are calculated as the total number of users who sign in to your platform in any given month. We don't charge you for dormant users who may be in your database but don't log any activity during a given month.

Can I try Appcues before committing to a plan?

Absolutely. All Appcues plans come with a free trial—no credit card required.

What happens if I go over my plan limit (exceed the MAUs allowed)?

If you exceed your plan, we'll keep all of your Appcues experiences running and somebody from our team will reach out about upgrading your account at your next billing cycle.
