When Neel joined the ProfitWell team, he was assigned the mammoth task of improving their initial user onboarding. He noticed that users weren’t getting engaged and activated quickly enough—it was critical that Neel find a way to keep users within the product for longer to drive them to value. But even adding a single welcome modal for each user would have required Neel to reach out to the dev team.
